Standard Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Returns, and Exchanges:
No returns will be accepted and no store credits issued without a
return authorization number. We will exchange for the same item if
you receive an item with a defect and we will pay for the
shipping. Only store credit will be issued for any authorized
returns for the purpose of exchange or future purchases. We will
not issue store credit or replacement until we receive the return
items.
Merchandise returns must be accompanied by a return authorization
number and received by the warehouse within fifteen (15) days from
date of authorization. Returns without prior authorization will
not be accepted.
All Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as
received, and must have all tags attached. Women's and men's
panties, underwear, stockings, body stockings or Bras are NOT
returnable or exchangeable unless for a defect.
E-mail us immediately to let us know
of your return or exchange. You will be issued a Return
Authorization number via reply email. Returns will not be accepted
without a valid RMA #. Credits will be issued within 14 days of
receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number
to expedite processing of your credit. A $5.00 processing fee is
applied to all returns except damaged goods.

How to return and exchange an item:

Step 1 - Obtain an RMA number
To obtain an RMA number, simply email your order number, reason
for return, and your contact information.

Step 2 - How to package
Place your package back in the original shipping box, or one
similar. Unfortunately, we cannot accept "Collect Shipments".
Step 3 - Ship your package to us
Include the RMA# plainly written on the outside of the package
preferably with a marker.
So when you order, please be sure that you have all of the correct
selections such as size, color and style. If an item is damaged
through shipping, we will gladly replace it provided you furnish
us with information from the carrier documenting the damage.
Simply send back the damaged merchandise, along with the
documentation from the carrier and we will send you the same
merchandise back at no extra charge as quickly as possible.
