Domestic Shipping Information
Arrival Time
We
send your order when every item is ready to be sent to you at
once, unless there are backordered items. Expect your order to
arrive between 7-15 business days (mon-fri). Orders placed during
the weekend are not filled until Monday.
Shipping Charges
These are flat rates - all orders are shipped through USPS,
Priority Mail, UPS, or Fed EX depending on the manufacturer.

International Shipping Information
Shipping to Europe and
Australia
Lingerie Island ships to Europe via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please note that your country may have duties, tariffs and taxes
for you to pay when your shipment arrives. Lingerie Island is not
responsible for these, and it is up to the Customer to handle all
import duties, tariffs and taxes.

Backorders
We are usually unable to estimate when a backordered item will
be available. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, so we have
no control or knowledge of the manufacturing schedule. When we
run out of something, we order more from the manufacturer. If
the manufacturer has the item in stock, the wait is usually less
than two weeks. If the manufacturer is also out of stock, the
wait can be several weeks to several months.
We will contact you by email if we are unable to ship any
backorders within 10 days.
You may cancel backorders at any time by contacting us.
Split Orders
If one or more items is on backorder, you will be emailed with
your options.
Discreet Packing
All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label
does not mention the word "lingerie." In fact, there is no clue
on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe
having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming
nobody else opens your mail, of course).
